Crowne Plaza Toluca - Lancaster, an IHG Hotel

We were visiting some friends and family in Toluca and we had a good stay at the hotel. The facilities that we used during our stay worked perfectly. The breakfast was really good during our stay. The staff was also very kind and helpful.

We came to visit and attend the Hell and Heaven Metal Festival. We had a wonderful time and cannot be more thankful for Mario the hotel concierge. He went above and beyond and made our stay absolutely fantastic

It was pleasant stay

The hotel is clean, comfortable and the staff is amazing

Breakfast bufet is expensive, options are poor, basically I paid just a couple of eggs, cafe and fruit
